Working with Board Directors
Board company directors play a significant role within a nonprofit’s accomplishment. They maintain fiduciary responsibility, set strategic direction, get new administrators and manage risk.
Yet like any corporation, boards have their challenges. Sometimes they can be a fantastic asset, and also other times they will become problems that drain resources.
The easiest way to deal with a difficult board member is to be familiar with problem.
